At the heart of Valletta Port is Executive Chef EREN DEMİR,
an executive chef with over 15 years of experience in Mediterranean and European kitchens, including time spent in Italy, France, Greece, and Malta. Originally from Istanbul and raised in a family of chefs, he brings a polished, modern approach to Fine Mediterranean Cuisine, with a special focus on seafood and coastal flavors. His dishes showcase thoughtful technique, balance, and a deep respect for ingredients.
